Access & Use of Content

• What You Get: As a fan, you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and enjoy content from creators you subscribe to, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Do's and Don'ts: Remember, the content you love is for your eyes only. Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform without permission is a no-go and will result in account termination without notice.

Subscription Fees

• Your Support Matters: The subscription fee you pay is set by the creator, allowing you to access their exclusive content. This fee is a vital part of supporting your favorite creators, and it's non-refundable.
• Stay or Go: Your subscription automatically renews, but you have the freedom to cancel anytime through our easy-to-use subscription management tools.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Creators' Rights: All content is owned by the creators or their licensors. This agreement doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you, the fan.
• Respect the Copyright: Unauthorized use of the content not only disrespects the creator but could also get you into legal trouble.

What If Things Go Wrong?

• Breaching the Agreement: If the terms of this agreement are not followed, the agreement can be terminated immediately, and you'll need to stop using and delete any content you've obtained.
• Limitation of Liability: Creators provide their content "as is." They won't be liable for any issues that arise from your use of the platform or content.
